Revelion Imperium (Pty) Ltd helps online coaches restructure their offer and build the systems that bring them clients. These Terms apply to your use of this website and to any enquiry you submit through it. The specific terms of any paid engagement are set out in a separate service agreement.
2. Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could damage or impair it. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.
3. Enquiries and Bookings
Submitting our qualifying form or booking a call does not create a binding agreement for services. It is an enquiry. Any engagement begins only once a separate written service agreement is entered into between you and us.
4. The Booking Guarantee
Where we offer a booking guarantee, it is governed entirely by the terms set out in your written service agreement, not by this website. The guarantee applies only where you meet the stated conditions, which include posting the content we provide and keeping your calendar open and available for bookings. The guarantee covers qualified bookings generated by the system. It does not guarantee any specific revenue, income, number of clients closed, or business outcome, as those depend on your own execution, your offer, your market, and factors outside our control. If you do not meet the stated conditions, the guarantee does not apply.
5. Results and No Income Promise
Any results, case studies, or testimonials shown on this website, including the results achieved by Walt Sevenster, are real outcomes from real clients under specific circumstances. They are provided for illustration and are not a promise or projection of the results you will achieve. Individual results vary and depend on factors including your audience, your offer, your implementation and consistency, your ability to close, your market, and external conditions. We do not guarantee specific financial results.
6. Fees and Payment
The fees, payment terms, and scope of any paid engagement are set out in your service agreement. Any pricing discussed on a call is subject to that agreement.
7. Your Responsibilities
If you engage us, you agree to provide accurate information, to participate as required for us to deliver the service, including posting content and keeping your calendar available where relevant, and to use any frameworks, materials, or systems we provide for your own business only.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, and all frameworks, materials, and systems we create, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revelion Imperium (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, or business, arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under South African law. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you have paid to us for the relevant service.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of this website.
11. Privacy
Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information in accordance with POPIA.
